My company, Voluntary Disruption, is a specialty type of employee benefits and my audience is other employee benefits professionals (benefits brokers/advisers) who do NOT specialize in my specialty type of employee benefits.

NONE of that actually matters to this logo that I need created. See below.

The design should have the following

I'm launching a new video and audio podcast.

The name of the podcast is the: #RockstarsRocking

The actual logo for the new podcast should be/needs to be, literally as follows:

The podcast website will be a page on my main company's website, www.voluntarydisruption.com. The page is not created yet.

The look and feel of the new podcast logo should go with my current color scheme of my business logo and my website. It does NOT have to match perfectly, but it should keep in mind that the podcast website is going to be within my actual business website so it shouldn't clash too much.

I'm envisioning a logo that has a podcast microphone and/or headphones or something like that. Not sure, just thinking out loud.

I want the logo to be a bit edgy, a bit different, a bit disruptive. Something that truly POPS!

The genesis of the podcast is my highlighting folks from all over the country/world who are truly doing exceptional things within their business/community/market, etc. I call these people “rockstars”. Folks who’re crushing it, doing very well, etc. The podcast will be all about them and will give them the opportunity to share ideas/tips with others as well as promote whatever it is they want to if they have something to promote.

Each podcast will be between 10-15 minutes on average.

Many/most of the guests will tend to be in or around the employee benefits (insurance) industry, but, not all of the guests will be. Some will be in various other industries, not necessarily "employee benefits" or "insurance".

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen
