Letter "y" is elevated to make some room for slogan below name. I will make needed changes but I need some help. I do not fully understand following lines: "And the second line of text a little long agree with the line." Is it about words "Crear, Creer,..."? Agree=align? That part of slogan is too wide? and "The maximum width of the logo, the lines of the frame. This forces to put the eagle down the name, text and frame." Can you help me with different explanation please? I can't make changes right away, but will make before contest time expires.

I would like to see the eagle on the opposite side, aligning the lower parts of the eagle and the name. Can I try background in blue and to see both ottios? I do not know if it was accidental but en 114066 logo, the Y of Reyes appears in different size. Can we try a different color in text yes in Name Reyes? The idea is to communicate yes in Reyes. And the second line of text a little long agree with the line.
