This Company called "Refresh Brussels" is a center and idea community dedicated to durable food and creative cooking (creative kitchen) around the extra produced products. By extra produced we must see all the products that big groceries, food centers, distribution channels, food industry have in stock but can not sell anymore to the public. The Center will have his own grocery, an urban vegetable garden and will also organise in-house kitchen and cooking lessons. Finally, there will be a degustation and traiteur space in the center. The target audience is double: - Socially fragile people - Overall people from Urban cities (we start with Brussels) who are interested in an innovative, durable project.
