Solo law practice doing business law. Just deals, no lawsuits. It's a fairly specialized niche in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, etc.

The design should have the following

Should be pretty modern and corporate and slick. Very clean and simple. Colors should be blue/black/silver and/or white (look at my website www.randellaw.com. The logo will probably go in the black banner on the home page in the upper left corner where it currently says "Randel Law, Inc." The version for my website needs to be 360 x 70 pixels.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No courthouse, no scales of justice, nothing like that
