Describe your company and organization and target audience

We renovate properties for clients , cosmetic renovations like bathrooms, kitchen flooring, outdoor areas , changing the look of a property . We revive properties to freshen them up where it is needed or need to be ready for sale. We go into properties that are about to be sold and update the style and make any repairs that are required for them to achieve a better price. We renovate old properties and use and recycle building materials . We also source furniture .
We do restoration to old style homes . We do not however do major building renovation .

The design should have the following

we would like beautiful, elegant but not to over the top . We want a logo that simple and relatable. We do like vintage style and bit of an edge .

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

we don't like strong colour or bold like red , we like subtle colours like grey , brown, black , vintage green , do love green . Not floral . no yellow, orange , purple nothing like that .
