I ranked this design a 4 because: The positives: The color scheme is nice. The 0/clock looks nice and in place. The font is clear and professional. The individual within the clock adds a nice element. The negatives: The all blue look is a bit to blue and plain but it still looks nice. Maybe making the tag line a different color and a bit more active would look better? What if the 4 was lifted up a bit and the bottom of the clock "swooshed" around and pointed at the "Go Full Time"? I am also thinking that the tag line should look a bit more active and maybe even a different color than the rest of the design. This overall appeal looks great so far. Thank you for the hard work and creativity! Please do not delete.
