What if we only had one man in the green with the hour lines (the 3 oclock line and the 9 oclock line) on each side of him extending closer to him? This looks nice!!

I ranked this design a 4 because: the positives: the color scheme looks good! The font is legible. The icon is proportionate to the rest of the design and conveys a good message for the site. The negative: the clock with the people looks about crowded but I like the direction. I like the idea of the people with the clock. However I want to be careful not to make it look like a site where people are timed. I'm liking the people with the tie! A few variations with other fonts would b helpful. Thanks!!! Overall. Great job! Thank u for the hard work. Please do not delete.
