PDI is commercializing a proprietary hydropower technology. It's goal is to deploy the technology around the world in irrigation canals and rivers. The ultimate goal is to provide reliable, cost effective renewable energy to populations that don't live in urban centers or near existing power infrastructure. The result will be "microgrids" that are independent from existing legacy system infrastructure.
