Describe your company and organization and target audience

I help people to get zoning permits (such as shoreline permits, subdivisions, re-zones, environmental permits, comprehensive plans, etc). Typically, I will provide a plan/map, fill out all the paperwork, ensure it meets all the zoning code requirements (and there a lot), submit the permit, and then attend a public hearing. I would like the logo to be producible in black and white. Thank you for your help and time!

I would like the design to highlight that the service will make their life easier, and that the business is very professional and experienced. I don't have a tagline or slogan, so I'm open to it if it helps the logo.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I do no want to imply building permits, such as interior remodels, or that the permits will be fast (because the red tape usually takes moths to years).
