Describe your company and organization and target audience

We just came up with a new mascot for our elementary school. We need a logo that is fitting for an elementary school with an image of an eagle and our school name.

The design should have the following

Most images of eagles that I have found look scary. This is NOT what I am looking for. I want to find an eagle this is nice and friendly looking - not going to scare the children!!!

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
