This looks great and is very much in line with what we're looking for. Really like the subtle integration of the meanings of pike and gulf, as well as the use of colors in the logo design. Would be curious to see how the logo might look with the word partners not in all capitalized letters. Also, it would be interesting to see the shapes at the top without their being filled in (not sure what would be best for this - maybe keeping them two shapes, maybe combining them and making a middle line (like the white space between the shapes now) that's green at top and blue at bottom, maybe making a middle line that's gray like partners is here or a blue-green-like color (and if that one, maybe seeing how the word partners looks in that color too), etc.). (Alternatively, it would also be interesting to see something like this with the design in the above part off to the left as opposed to above the lettering. ) Again, great-looking design.
