Describe your company and organization and target audience

A physical therapy company that targets individuals looking to use movement and exercise to reduce pain, improve movement, and stay active. 30-60 year old adults who are active or trying to get moving again. My clients are they type of people paying for health through expensive gym memberships, personal trainers, and massage therapists. My ideal client pays out of pocket for my physical therapy services because I do not accept insurance, meaning they are paying me to help keep their pain under control to avoid having to see a doctor when they get hurt. I also use my proceeds to give away free physical therapy services to people without insurance or who cannot afford to see a doctor.

The design should have the following

Id like company name to be prominent on the design and the first/last 2 letters larger than the rest like: PhilanthroPT

It should have a movement, exercise, health feel to it.

I'd love to have the last 2 letters incorporated into design/background that could be used as an emblem, something that could be used on a T-shirt without having to use the full company name, just a cool design around the letters PT

I'd also like the design to have a little bit of an edge like a local band tshirt.

One idea would to incorporate a dumbell, kettlebell, or barbell into the company name. Another idea was using an arrow in the design. I see the purpose of my company to 1)take health care dollars away from the insurance company and 2) give it back to my community instead of some insurance executive. Which also makes me wonder if there is a professional way to use grafitti in the design?
