The art of robotics

Describe your company and organization and target audience

What we do – We develops touch- and vision-based sensing solutions for modern industrial robots and next-generation assistive robots. Our compliant rubber tactile sensors (“skin”) will give robots a sense of touch, equipping automation systems with high-resolution pressure sensing capabilities and providing accurate position-orientation and force-torque data of contacted or handled objects. Business Model and Target Customers – We are pursuing a three-pronged revenue model: (1) Co-development partnerships with leading systems integrators (e.g., Comau), robotics companies (e.g., Kawasaki Robotics), and end-effector companies (e.g., Schunk) to integrate our technology into their products and solutions; (2) Turn-key robot sales and custom implementations directly to small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. (3) Licensing agreements with companies in non-core application areas.

The design should have the following

I am looking for a text logo in a mid-century and/or clean futuristic font (like Star Trek), but we are certainly open to ideas. We also want an icon to the right (or somewhere else) of the text "Perception Robotics) that will capture what we do: perhaps a stylized robot holding something delicate like a rose. I want to convey that we are a robotics sensing company and our expertise is in touch and vision systems.

This logo will be used for

  • Online (Website, facebook etc.)
  • Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
  • Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
