Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a dental office in a small town on the coast of Maine, USA. I'd like it be appealing to dental patients. I'd like it to have a modern pop-art vibe.

The design should have the following

The design should be sleek and modern, with a pop-art vibe. I'd like the image of a tooth cleverly designed using shapes, such as triangles. I don't like cartoonish teeth, or anything that looks too much overtly like a tooth. I'd also be interested to see the initials PBD used to create a tooth matching the above description. I'd also be interested to see the tooth in Andy Warhol style.

Please see the design brochure, in particular, I love the colored teeth blocks on the front page and would love something like that incorporated into the logo (maybe a similar row of pop-art colored teeth on top "PenBay Dental" in the middle and a row of colored teeth on the bottom.) I'd be open to something like that instead of one single icon. I'd love to see all ideas. Thank you!

Colors to use in the design

Black, grey scale, pop of color, or play with color to achieve Andy Warhol effect. I'm open to different colors, would like to see options.
