Apparel Company looking for outerwear logo

We need a logo designed for a new women's coats/outerwear apparel line. This is for utility coats (puffer jackets, adirondack jackets) not fashion coats.

The customer is 35-45 and the product will be sold in major department stores (Macy's, Dillard's, JCPenney, Nordstrom, etc).

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
