I call this "piggy-backing". Whether too generic or not, designers should get into the practice of reviewing previous entries before posting theirs to be sure they are unique. If an idea similar to yours is already posted, then move in another direction and stand on your own creative innovativeness. I say it's a virtual copy of another's design.

if it were exact same as pic you posted then yes. but it just uses the sam idea.

Lol! Now y'all talking,if the concept is somewhere else and that means its ok, then i agree with y'all to take down the entry, just sayin, that's the way i test before giving my vote. Artmills you got my vote pal take down the copy!

Indeed. Regardless if the concept is somewhere else, in THIS contest, artmills had it first. Vote to take down the similar entry.

well it does not count its a very simple concept and generic. I still say that artmills logo is different than what you just posted.
