On Q is a Residential Property Management company. Target audience is rental homeowners and property investors.

The design should have the following

I need a "sub logo" that signifies a company standard. Our main logo will be part of this "sub logo".

We present homeowners with repair items needed in their home. Highly recommended repairs will be called "On Q Standard". We want to brand this "On Q Standard" with its own logo that looks like our current logo. See attachments.

I'd like to see our "Q" logo with maybe a house shape involved.

I want to have the word "Standard" as part of logo

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
