Our current logo is blue&tan,if possible,we'd love to keep those colors&just add 1 more accent color,but we're open to ideas.CMYK formulas: BLUE=cyan 100/Magenta 40/Yellow 0/Black 40 TAN= Cyan 5/Magenta 10/Yellow 20/Black 40 We like arrows & columns

We are open, but would definitely like some type of icon, or true logo next to, or incorporated, or above, or below our name. The font shouldn't be too fancy or "different".
This design should not have this in the entries
Employees of school districts who are usually middle aged or older, both male and female. Usually highly educated themselves.
Colors to use in the design
They can view our current logo on our website. We are trying to make the logo more interesting and memorable, with a true logo/image. Once we have that we will be revamping our website to reflect the new "feel". http://www.nicelydoneconsulting.com/
