list of abvious elements in this contest: megaphone, microphone,speach bubbles and other voice related elements. Omee you cant book your concept just because you are using megaphone. its not protectable element

question for fellow designers in this contest. If you read the brief. do you think that megaphone is protectable element? I think its not. Omee says it is protectable. megaphone was the first thing what came my mind after reading it. it is just so abvious concept here. you cannot claim that megaphone is your idea if it comes to contest tealing with voice and if brief says: New Voice Strategies (NVS) is reinventing how citizens participate in government. We build websites that let people collaborate and create their own solutions for big public policy questions. We bring real citizen voices into politics not lobbyists. megaphone is an symbol of voice. its not something that can be use only once in this contest. its free to everyone to use it. all depends how you use it.
