I like the hands within the star, but the branches and leaves make the logo look busy, and could be eliminated. I like the lettering for National Havurah Committee. I don't think the Hebrew-looking English letters above the star, or the line of Hebrew characters below the moniker add to the logo.

In some ways I like this better -- it's hard to get those hands to really "make" the star (a MAJOR problem with the old logo, in my view). Now, I fear, the whole thing is too crowded -- the top of the star is threatening to poke right through the bar of the H! And -- it kinda looks like the people are trapped inside the star and trying to crawl out!
