Thank you all for the submissions. Take a bit a new direction by trying to convey the message in a single image. The tag line seems to be a limiting factor, so please feel free to submit entries without the tagline. Also, try some with "TEXT MYFGG to DOTCOM(368266)" and FITNESSGRADE.COM

A Different Approach You may want to try showing A,B,C,D on the bottom with the Selected Letter as a selected and thus larger icon. Simple icons for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Activity, Snacks, & Water, & a Green Leaf can halo across the top. Just use the tagline with a bolded FITNESS GRADE instead of repeating it. Make sure the simple icons are different colors (black background mean selected) and select Letter B and the Lunch Icon for one example. B-red, L-orange, D-yellow, G(Leaf)-green, W(Drop)-Blue, A-Indigo, S-Purple. Letter in white like you have it. In the second submission, show all the simple icons with the black background counterpart above it. Show all the Larger Letters in the middle. Show the smaller Letters below as normal, Show the selected smaller letter in black background below that. We may use this version as the actual selection icon. Don't forget a "+" small portion & "-" larger portion symbol about the size of the waterdrop. This is for portion size (A+ or B-). This can be a range on the left of the letter. Fat part is larger "-", skinny part is smaller "+"

An objective observer thought: okay... Entry #36649 by: elandrya with the grades should be combined with Entry #36582 by: ChadSanderson.. if you combined them with the check box from Entry #36582 in the upper right corner smaller with the grades from Entry #36649 in the middle and the heart from Entry #36582 on the bottom left i think that would be awesome!!! it may also look cool if you used the check box from Entry #36977 by: ChadSanderson

To all, I will be re-scoring the icons this evening to give a better reflection of new entries. Here's the scale we'll be using: 5 - candidate to be chosen winner 4 - needs something, but great effort 3 - needs alot of work, but we like the concept 2 - you are way off base, go back to the drawing board please re-read the comments and brief. 1 - a disappointing effort.
