I have already made my decision which I already posted and I have already said what is ethical and not, but to reinstate what I have already said is that it would not be ethical for me to take someones idea whether it is copy written or not. Choosing the right thing to do is not always easy nor cheap but is right and God will always bless those who choose the right thing. I will pay for the color scheme and font. And the symbol.

actually plasticity the real thing is zsolti is mad at me since i have point on the font thing and he's hopping mad since he had copied my symbol and i had asked him to withdraw, so he feels my telling about the font thing to CH is for taking revenge or something. instead of being appreciative that had i sent him a msg requesting withdrawal ( though there is no rule to pm ) instead of taking him to DC.he chooses to malign me....he forgets one thing ..i don't have anything to gain in this since its not my design in question here...infact i only tend to lose a contest

font is not actually protectable but just using the same font as someone else is not very ethical. But i suggest to look more font options. font shuould be readable in very small size too. also less gradients and stuff you have moe professional the logo is. also be sure logo works black and white version as well.

Btw the font is not created by you zsolti so i don't understand why you are claiming it as yours...its a 3rd party font free to use by everyone.

zsolti its not malicious but the right thing to guide the CH...you can ask the Hatchwise support or any fellow designers... they would tell the same thing...no one has the copyright to font and colors but the icon and symbol and the overall designs are yes copyrighted. mentioning this to CH is ethical...in fact you should have been the one telling him this. so don't talk about fair play because i most definitely didn't say anything wrong. whether Mr. Financial chooses to give u anything for color n font selection or whatever is solely his choice...i am most definitely not asking him not to pay you.

Yes but that would not be fair, since he did create the font and color scheme, I will offer him something for the concept.

Mr. finanical..you can request setya to alter the font since zsolti doesn't own the copyright to the font hence anyone can use it. however setya has the copyright to the symbol hence zsolti can't use the symbol.

ok as i see you want a logo for a credit solutions. So is it really nessesary to include a mr financial logo. wouldnt it better to just focus on credit solution logo?
