We sell adhesive tapes to construction distributors. This particular project is for Blue Masking Tape.

The design should have the following

I'm looking to have a design done for a specific product which is Blue Masking Tape. I wanted to try to create a 'character' (kind of like a cartoon character) but made from (or have the body of) our blue masking tape roll.
I'm imagining the body of the character being a roll of our blue tape, but with drawn cartoon/animated like arms, legs and funny face and head.
We want to create a character named "Mr. Blue" that we will utilize for promotional/educational materials for this specific product, Blue Masking Tape.
