Describe your company and organization and target audience

Montana Startup Factory creates new businesses. We do this by leveraging the creative genius of changemakers in various industries. The ideas are then quickly tested and we build businesses out of the best concepts. One of our values is that women will play a major role in all aspects of creating new products and services, and leading the new companies.

The design should have the following

Perhaps a play on the foundry part of the name, such as a hammer (probably a cross pein hammer rather than a regular hammer) coming down an anvil creating sparks which represent all of the new ideas and businesses being created, or molten metal forming into a new creation. (Probably not both in the same image.) Also, women or feminine qualities should be represented. Some of the qualities we embrace are hard work, creativity, time in nature, tinkering. We are also a Montana based company and elements of the West and/or Montana would be great. Consider using an outline of the borders of the state of Montana as an element of the design.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
