New construction company geared towards commercial construction, not residential. Urban construction, not suburban. Renovations of historic buildings and new construction.

The design should have the following

I want the logo and the company name to be able to be separated if desired. The logo doesn't need to identify it as a construction company, the name does that. I want the logo before, above or after the name "Modus Construction". I want the logo to be clean, modern, limited colors. If you see the logo from a far distance, I want the logo to be recognizable. Not a lot of detail in that it looks unrecognizable from afar.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I do not want it to have silly construction tools in it. Like no picture of a hammer, toolbelt, etc.

What style of logo would you like?
