Typically hospital colors are red or blue. We have no specific request for the design of the logo though.
The design should have the following
Layout is at the designers discretion. We will offer feedback on layout as the process develops. We would like a logo both with and without the tagline. We are also open to suggestions of other taglines that fit the description of our services.

Hospital Executives and other Healthcare Executives such as Chief Medical Officers, Quality Officers, etc.
Colors to use in the design
Yes. MedVersus will be a rebranding effort for http://www.smainfopartners.com/ Note the logo with the circle surrounding 9 squares (middle one is red). We plan to use this logo as a product logo for a product called CiManager.
