Describe your company and organization and target audience
This is a city-wide collaborative project between the manufacturing business community and business development partners to create a workforce ready to work. Our programs will include customized industry training, industry networking opportunities and manufacturing internships. McMinnville Works is an industry led initiative committed to "building our OWN workforce". Our audience is our local manufacturers, career explorers, graduates, in-school youth, community members and companies looking for employees ready to work.
The design should have the following
Our city has about 34,000 citizens. We have strong businesses and diverse manufacturers. We are proactively trying to attract employees to fill good paying, skilled jobs. We are trying to connect our recent high school and college graduates to the opportunities in our community. We are looking for a professional design that will can be used for years.
This logo will be used for
- Online (Website, facebook etc.)
- Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
- Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
- Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
- Television/screen
This design should not have this in the entries
The design should not be geared to or look young or juvenile. No cartoons.
