Our programs will include customized industry training, industry networking opportunities and manufacturing internships. McMinnville Works is an industry led initiative committed to "building our OWN workforce". Our audience is our local manufacturers, career explorers, graduates, in-school youth, community members and companies looking for employees ready to work.
