We are seeking a logo for a committee within our organization, WPM Real Estate Management. WPM Real Estate Management delivers a full-suite of property management services for multifamily residential properties, including apartments that are garden style, townhome, mid-rise, high-rise and mixed-use communities, as well as student-housing. The committee in search of a logo design is the Marketing & Training Committee. The committee’s mission is to enhance, support, and develop marketing and training initiatives for the Multifamily Real Estate division of WPM Real Estate Management and its communities, associates, and residents. The Marketing and Training Committee is committed to providing compelling and innovative promotional concepts and materials to increase brand awareness in addition to augmenting educational opportunities and tools. Our committee members are younger professionals that are making strides to bring a modern and updated look and feel to all of our Marketing and Training efforts.

Our target audience is current employees of our organization. The logo should be easily recognizable to them and when present on any communication or initiative, should convey the message that this is a Marketing & Training Committee approved initiative or campaign and will enhance their ability to be successful.

The design should have the following

The logo should be distinctive and simple in form. It should also have symbolism – something that will represent the purpose of our committee. The logo should be functional and be able to work across different mediums (websites, emails, documents). Some ideas for how we envision for this logo are below however, we are open to any and all styles, shapes, colors, etc.

• “Marketing & Training Committee” or “M & T Committee” verbiage in the logo
• Round shaped logo – like a stamp of approval (similar to Good Housekeeping stamp logo) but not a requirement
• Design options from Modern to Retro acceptable
• Prefer design to have transparent background

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

We would prefer color or colors be used to be able to provide contrast and visibility on white backgrounds as well as dark backgrounds. Not sure exactly how the below slider bars work but the design should be more masculine than feminine and more simple than complicated. We prefer the emblem design most.
