We are a builder and developer of industrial and commercial properties and as such are landlords and property managers as well.
We pride ourselves on using environmental construction methods, excellent property management services and providing good value to our tenants.
We are a local builder/developer and take pride in our community.
Target audience would be potential tenants, landlords/building owner/operators in need of our building, property management and rental services; contractors who may work with us.
We also operate a self-storage and mobile storage facility under the names of Hanlon Park Mini-Storage and Hanlon Park Mobile Storage. www.hanlonparkministorage.com

The design should have the following

We would like to use the logo on our website, on signs for our developments and on signs for rental properties. It should convey our high quality method of building and our superior services as a landlord and property manager.
Adjectives to describe us - Progressive, Unique, Specialty Buildings, we don't do run-of-the-mill construction, we do special and unique projects.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
