Describe your company and organization and target audience

Colors should match existing design. "Rich Presta" should be in a serif font to match rest of blog and remain very readable. I would like the tagline to be more interesting from a font and design perspective and call more attention to "crushing".

I would like something similar to what I have currently, but more graphically interesting. I think having the initials next to the name works well with the tagline under it. Size should be very similar to what is currently there.
