CH, do you have a web site? I'm a diabetic, and I have to say bravo, we need more people like you to come out with some great diabetic foods. Your salsa sounds delicious! What area are you in, that may give us some direction to go with designs, since you won't be limited to just pineapples in the future. Thanks.

CH, are you sure you don't want a tag line... as a diabetic, I can tell you that it is very difficult to find foods, snacks, etc., that are made for diabetics.

We are locatrd in Daytona Beach and are in the process of setting up the web site. We will have papaya and mango salsa in the near future as well as a "monkey bar" (chocolate with coconut) and "shark bites" (white chocolate with cherries or raspberries. Several deserts will be added as we get started. We are really interested in animal welfare so, some of our resources will be donated as we see fit. So, turtles, fish, parrots etc. are great, but we are open to just about anything except the typical palm tree. Thank you for your interest. I will let you know when the web site is complete.

I can tell that your web site will be in my favorites. Oh, and blueberry something. (Anti-oxident!) But I have to stick with dark chocolate, can't have milk chocolate as I am lactose intolerant. (As are a lot of other people.) Thanks for your feedback, as I first thought you might be in Hawaii.
