After discussions with our Board, we may have decided on your design as long as you can send it to us with a few changes. (1) we want the design without the briefcase; and (2) we want versions of the design in different colors. If you agree on these terms, we will likely choose your design as the winner. Please let me know ASAP.

Thank you for your effort, but I the Board did not feel this was a good fit. They want something more unique.
