Describe your company and organization and target audience

Top real estate producer that also does a lot of house redesign projects, flips. I like ranches but I live in Houston. Big city girl but sophisticated Texan

The design should have the following

I would like to take a current logo I have it as a base possibly (like the pillar of the horse head) or stacked with a simple but modern and unique Horse head chess piece. I need for it to also be a branding iron or a stamp.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
