LGS Legacy Care is a premier partner for post-acute and long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. We provide excellent on-site geriatric care to the residents of these facilities. Legacy Care recognizes the value of each life, regardless of functional or cognitive ability. As a result, we pledge ourselves to the best medical care possible for those who make their homes in skilled rehabilitation, nursing and assisted living facilities. We provide excellence in geriatric healthcare through an emphasis on personal, regular presence in facilities, care that is customized towards the individual and their families, and through teamwork between physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

The design should have the following

I will upload an Adobe InDesign file that illustrates what I'm looking for. The "LGS" part of the design was a previous contest winner. What I'm looking for is to mimic that design into the "Legacy Care" part of the logo. Keep the same color scheme but make the font's match as best as possible. You are free to suggest additional variations of the design as long as the color scheme is the same.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
