We are creating the first ever Kootenay Spirit Festival that will take place Sept 12-14, 2014 in the funky mountain town of Nelson BC (checkout www.nelsonkootenaylake.com). The event is focused around health and wellness, fresh air, clean lake an a beautiful setting in the autumn. The target audiences are people of all ages in our area who practice or are interested in learning about yoga. We would like to welcome participates to the event from outside our area: from across Alberta, British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest of the United States.
