The client won't get what they want until they start rating and give feedback.

The client has given plenty of feedback and ratings. I don't know what all you guys are complaining about. This isn't your company, so your ideas of what's right and wrong and what represents the company and what doesn't really doesn't mean a thing. Your job is to come up with different concepts for the CH to look at and consider, not to tell him what he should or shouldn't be looking for. Again, this isn't your company. Like Tracey said, the customer is always right...especially in design. If you can't handle that fact, maybe you should move on to something else. But complaining about it on the public message board is no solution, and quite frankly, it's very unprofessional.

Thank you CH for your continuous feedback. That will surely help us to come up with a perfect Logo suiting to your needs.

Thank's your comment funky79, This is my imagination, about a man who was using the shower, if you responded with your mean so it's your right.

So yes the customer is always right but I would like to mention that when a strict 2 color limit is put on the logo guidelines and then over 90% of the logos that have a higher score than 1 have gradients and many colors... I think you'd find more of what you were looking for if you maybe understood how few 2 colors is...

@4L3AF The CH has all the right. He paid for it and he alone may decide which design best fits his business. By the way, the gradients are just backgrounds, which is an option for the CH to see how it will look like when posted with that background. And I can see also that most of the high rated designs only got 2 color combinations. And I think, the CH has a good judgment on the designs posted. He knew best how the Logo will work with his business.

Hi everyone, Thanks for all the great designs...sorry about the delay on my end....I've been really sick the last week...I will be choosing a winner in the next couple of days...the winner of this contest will be one that meets most of my criteria for this contest...however, I am starting an additional contest for an alternative logo...I was intruiged by one of the designs that did not meet my critera for this contest...

Sorry to hear you were sick. For my part I figured going through 428 logos would take some time. The other designers probably thought the same thing. Hope you feel better and we'll wait patiently while you choose a winner. David

The only time I've seen a hammer used for a bathroom was to either build it from scratch and use it for the 2x4 frameing, or to break up the drywall for remodeling. Saw? sure, to cut the 2x4s. Most remodeling is to change the tiles, sink and tubs. Or to break up a wall from the closet from the next room to make the bathroom bigger. Or to add a new bathroom to an existing house. I speak for most people. Rubber duckie = kids. The logo I designed had four ducks in it, and one carried a hammer, one had a saw, one had a level, the last had a trowel, you know, the tool contractors use use to lay the stuff down to place tiles. (Grout) I shall withdraw my entries. If you still are interested in a good design, let me know.

Well, what do you know, the winner was a great design, no rubber duck. Congrats to the designer. Gee, wasn't I the first one to put "bathroom remodeling" on an entry, Glad to see a GOOD design.

What exactly is the problem? Am I not entitled to pick the design I like? By the way the rubber duck is a separate contest. I'm sorry if your feelings are hurt because you were not chosen as the winner. The design I picked met my critera and was the best choice for my company. By the way...nothing ever happens in any construction trade without a hammer...everyone uses one every day!
