this is a name change. current logo and name can be seen at tiffrealestate.com. new design should convey a high end luxury market; resort golf and lake community. no emphasis on lake or golf as i want a logo that will grow into other markets in the future

The design should have the following

simplicity and elegance with a splash of color (preferably green)...see currently logo

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

I don't want the typical "house outline" above the name
