We are a home-builders/development company is middle TN; our target audience are investors and developers as well as folks looking for a newly built home.

The design should have the following

a seed pod with vines/stems rising up sprouting homes/high rise buildings with tagline 'we build communities'

ideas: light green for seed pod, dark green for stems, greys/browns for buildings... all light hues

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
