A Management Consulting firm that specializes in scaling small businesses by defining strategy, building systems, and developing people that drive measurable results in retention, productivity, and profit.

Key Services: business strategy, workplace culture, hiring, perfromance management, training, leadership development, work-life balance

Concept: I partner with companies for 3-6 months to transform their operations. I can also do one specific project that last a day or a month.

Target Audience 1: small businesses, usually middle aged white men, roofing, construction, trades industries. Target Audience 2: women in leadership, primarily in roofing

The design should have the following

versatile, clean, geometric, professional

I'd like to designs simple and text based. I don't want anything distracting.
I was considering a flame or arrows, but I'm not sure

This logo will be used for
