Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are running a Real Estate trustee company in Brussels (Belgium/Europe). Our job is to manage shared areas in buildings, apartments, flats, etc. It means that when several co-owners have a building, they ask us to manage all the community services, the repairs, the shared costs, the common maintenance, the share accounting, etc for all of them. We act as a professional, independent third party for all shared aspects in a building owned by several owners. In our country, this is called "Syndic". Our company full name is "Immobilière du Vert Chasseur" but we need to make it shorter and more modern so we contracted it to IVC or I-V-C. We own the domain name "i-v-c.be" to host the new website we are currently developing and that's the reason why we need this new logo.

The design should have the following

We need you to create a logo where: - the IVC or I-V-C letter clearly appears as the main part of the logo. we DON'T need the full name (immobilière du vert chasseur) to appear. - the base line "Syndic Brussels" should appear too, probably underneath although the word "Syndic" should be somehow liked to the IVC part. "Brussels" is the location from where we operate. - we are running a business that is VERY professional (corporate) and classy. People must trust us and be assure we are very serious or organized people but not "sad", or "too serious" either. So the Logo can be made of colors, but maximum 2 colors. - Our business is service oriented (we sell service, we don't sell a product), so the logo mustn't be too pushy not too "agressive". - We are also working in the Real Estate business. Somehow, it can appear on the logo too but in not in a too obvious manner (avoid to put a little house or a little building in the logo). - Our customer are conservative people. Middle age or older people, having one or many properties and they ask us to manage them. So we should not have a logo too fun nor too trendy (but not old fashioned either).

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

As mentioned, you might add some graphical parts to the logo that will clearly show our activity sector (Real Estate Management business) but don't add too obvious pictures. Something more abstract might be both classy and conservative. Add a graphical part to the logo is not mandatory tough since the text is already quite long. We leave this up to your creativity.
