Describe your company and organization and target audience

We create custom practice plans for youth basketball coaches (approximately grades 3-6) based on some basic team information. We then give them flexibility to change the plans, choosing new drills from our large database. Our plans teach skills in a logical order throughout the season, focusing on fun, effective and efficient practices -- taking stress away from coaches. We are starting with basketball but hope to expand to baseball, soccer, etc in coming seasons.
