Describe your company and organization and target audience
Homeport offers fully furnished, short-term apartment rentals to relocating executives, professionals, and individuals. Our apartments are upscale. Our target audience is Fortune 500 and 100 corporations, executives, real estate companies, apartment buildings, and their employees. Homeport is defined as "assigning a vessel/ship to its home" while on a journey. We'd like our customers to consider our apartments their homeport as they journey through life's transitions.
The design should have the following
The font for the word "Homeport" should be clean. No italics or cursive for that word. Also, "Corporate and Temporary Stays" should be below the word Homeport in smaller letters. Italics are permissible for this tagline if this looks best. We'd like the logo to incorporate either the feeling of a home/apartment, a ship on a journey and docked at a home or a port, water or the sea, or a combination of all of these The logo should be strong, simple, clean-looking, easily recognizable; similar to that of a hotel logo. Colors should be navy or taupe or gray, but other colors are permissible as long as the logo meets what we've described above (strong, simple, etc.)
This logo will be used for
