I do think everyone read it except the 2 expectations. But it is rather surprising how some people miss things and even get the name of the company's wrong sometimes! Expect my entry later on :) Would you like a simple design or something a bit busier?

Simple may win out. It's ok to have a holiday related theme but because the fundraiser is for a public school we can't make it Christmas-specific.

Just to clarify - I'm guessing that simple is better, but if you have a busier idea, please submit it. FYI - the winner will be chosen by a committee of about 4-5 parents in charge of this year's festival.
