We make kick ass games, that are built with simplicity, strategy, and elegance. Like a hive attracts bee's our games attract our customers. Our simple intuitive highly addictive games help separate us from the rest of the crowd. We don't settle for a sub-par games, our games implement bleeding edge technology that leads the industry in the standard to expect for games. Our audience consist equally of men & women and range from 13 - 28 years of age.
The design should have the following
It should have the concept of a hive in some form or fashion
It should have reference to the idea of a "hive mind" or "hive collective"
It should represent technology in some way
It should be simple yet effective and be capable of being displayed in a monochrome format so that it's easily recognizable. Idea here is that colors should not being the leading factor, it's shape design should be the primary concern, colors should accentuate the design. Not the other way around.
Comic style art with (thick outline) - (thin detail lines) is highly preferred.
A "mascot" like character is acceptable
This logo will be used for
- Online (Website, facebook etc.)
- Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
- Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
- Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
- Television/screen
This design should not have this in the entries
The design should not have a literal "brain" or "mind"
We don't want "bee" colors e.g. yellow black
Honey shouldn't be used as a representation for "hive" nor should it be a back reference to hive.
The text should not be blocky
Our tagline should NOT be part of the design. We don't want to place the tagline along with the logo to effectively brand ourselves.
Colors to use in the design
We are open to colors that fit the logo, but aren't direct references to the concept of bee's, e.g. orange/yellow + black. You can use orange, black, or yellow but your entire logo concept shouldn't be centered around those colors.
