We are a real estate company that embodies beach life in Santa Cruz CA. We are selling not only homes, but the beach lifestyle. We are looking for a fun, lively logo with a splash of sophistication. We want this to feel like we have a connection to the place we live (down to earth), but we are also business minded and \"get the job done\".

I love the idea of the wave inside the heart on the toneitup.com site...maybe we could do something similar with a beach hut? (I also really like this color palette).
