Describe your company and organization and target audience

Consumer focused real estate brokerage. The idea is to bring buyer/sellers together and reduce commissions.

The design should have the following

flat logo, look nice, umlaut over the "a" in markt, modern, tech/start up feel. Think outside the box and focus on the idea of this being an "exchange" to buy/sell houses not necessarily just a real estate brokerage.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
