No Canned clip art....but some graphics are ok. Harrison Appraisal with out "inc" is ok too!. Good start but more flair!

Perhaps something that indicates that we deal in Real Estate? We are ok with artwork...I just did not want something that looks like it came from msft publisher :-)

Remember that we are a commercial appraisal firm. The houses might give the impression we do residential. We do multi million dollar buildings and development projects.

"We do multi million dollar buildings and development projects." but, want a Professional logo for $150. Sounds to me like you might have to involve yourself with an actual design firm. You get what you pay for. (not trying to step on anyone's toes, just my 2 cents)

Im not sure i understood your answer? did you write it one more time to emphasize that it wasnt an accident? Or did you mispost again? I feel that Entry #57391 look commercial to me, but if you feel thats still residential, can you try to go a bit more in depth explaining what you want?

I.E, do you want parks? Several office buildings? Larger buildings?

It looks like the comment got duplicated and re-posted by error. In general I like the direction with highrise building. Probably should avoid background shading as it would be hard to use on cards and letterhead. I appreciate everyone's efforts! I see it evolving the right direction.

I can add some cheesey reflections and stuff if you want, but you strike me as a person who likes simple and effective. All colors are interchangeable down to the letter. If you have any request, feel free to ask. I ll do what i can to please you.
