Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a youth grades 4-8 basketball team. Our name is Ham Lake Lightning and we are looking for a logo of some sort for our team. The kids are looking for a color scheme of yellow, teal, black and white if possible. This would be used for shirts, uniform, apparel.

The design should have the following

A lightning bolt for sure. We would like it be be fierce and strong. Could incorporate a basketball, lightning bolt, etc. Open for creative ideas but must include a lightning bolt of some sort.

This logo will be used for

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
