Company or website name

HARCON

Slogan or Tagline

Concrete cutting, coring, pouring

Describe your company and organization and target audience

The target audience would be any major building constructor, concreter or even the resident at home that needs work completed. Would like the image to look professional to bid for any government or Rail etc work and not so "masculine".

The design should have the following

Looking for something detailing a concrete saw blade (diamond saw blade) cutting into the top of the business name "HARCON" in a fairly dominant or aggressive font. Then just have the tagline or slogan potentially in a nice running writing script stating "Concrete cutting, coring, pouring" – hopefully giving the image a professional or more “friendly” contrast.
As far as colours go I want it to be primarily black (background) & white (image/text), with some orange just for depth/character. I would also like a black/white inverted image of the same, I imagine a logo with a white background would be better to use on letterheads etc white the black background would be used for any sign writing or printing.
Open to view some artistic interpretations of incorporating the saw blade into the name e.g maybe have the blade sitting just after the name "HARCON" etc
I need to logo in a number of formats including Jpeg, EPS, PDF, high resolution and low resolution so I can use it for Website Development, Brochure Design, Social Media and Microsoft Office Programs.

This logo will be used for

  • Online (Website, facebook etc.)
  • Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
  • Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
  • Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Don’t want any “movement” or sparks etc added to the saw, again to just keep it more professional, sleek, clean looking and not so animated/childish

What style of logo would you like?
